I invite you on this beautiful 14-Day Yoga & Meditation Journey- a calendar of strategically placed classes that will provide you with a combination of practices for your optimal mind and body wellness.
Begin and welcome the New Year with a time of renewal, self-care, fitness, and mindfulness for YOU.
I encourage you to show grace to yourself- to your mind and your body as we introduce potentially new movement into your wellness routine. Feel free to take what you need, leave what you don't, and do what you can- modifying any practice to your personal needs.
We are each on a unique journey, so please take this challenge at your own pace- rest when needed, push your potential when necessary and have fun exploring the limitations and strength of your mind and body.
I encourage you to use props anytime you'd like, and make this journey one of comfort and care for you personally.
If you'd like to rest between days, repeat this challenge multiple times-up-leveling each time, or come back to your favorite classes of this series after completion, I highly encourage you to do so.

Recommended Props: A comfortable size yoga mat that provides safe, slip resistance and is thick enough to support your body and joints. You may also prefer yoga blocks (books are fine), a bolster for propping the body for more comfort, and a folded blanket or towel to support the hips or knees in particular positions.
